From A10/A1122 main (Bexwell) roundabout:

Take the exit signposted "Downham Market" and follow the road to the traffic lights (about 1 mile). Turn RIGHT towards the playing field and tennis courts. Follow the road for about 1/2 mile, and the playing field will be on your LEFT. At the end of the low boundary wall, turn LEFT into Mill Lane. The cottage is a few hundred yards along on the right.

From Wisbech direction:

Enter the town over the level crossing after a roundabout. At the clock tower, turn LEFT. Follow the road to a mini roundabout. Take the second exit (effectively straight on) towards the traffic lights. Bear LEFT at the lights and then follow the directions above.
